Pin-Ups - Time to drink champagne

Well hello there, and on a Sunday too! This is the last of my Pin-Ups from Tonic Studios, this time it's the 'Time to drink champagne and dance on the table' collection. These ladies are fun and sassy and I am sharing three cards today...
Card 1
Tonic Materials:
Essentials It's Time to drink Champagne- 2112E
Ultra Smooth Media Card
Sunshine Yellow Nuvo Alcohol Markers
Fair Skin Tones Nuvo Alcohol Markers
Chilli Red Craft Perfect Card
Jet Black Craft Perfect Card
Midnight Topaz Craft Perfect Card
Ruby Ritz Glitter Card
Craft Perfect Twine
Catherdral Gift Box
Other Materials:
300gsm Kraft Card
Stars and Striped Paper
Hole Punch

I love the Catherdal Box and as long as you have an A4 die cutting machine the base box only takes 1 sheet of A4 card and is a great size for a gift box! I simply cut the top layers out with Stars and Stripes paper and glitter card for a fun box.
The die has been paper pieced except for her skin hair and drink which I coloured with alcohol markers and finished off with a bit of twine. The box is big enough to fill with a presents, lots of sweets or even a mini bottle of champagne or wine.
Card 2
Tonic Materials:
Essentials It's Time to drink Champagne- 2112E
Ultra Smooth Media Card
Sunshine Yellow Nuvo Alcohol Markers
Fair Skin Tones Nuvo Alcohol Markers
Cherry Red Craft Perfect Card
Marigold Craft Perfect Card
Red Velvet Pearlescent Card
Jet Black Craft Perfect Card
Ruby Ritz Glitter Card
Memory Book Maker Cascade Dies
Black Ash Embellishment Mousse
Other Materials:
Ribbon
Polka Dot Paper
Hearts Paper
White Gen Pen

Cut out the card base with the pearlescent card and then your mat and layers using Craft Perfect Card and patterned papers.
Cut out the wine bottle and remove the glasses and rub Black Ash Embellishment Mousse over the bottle before hot gluing it to a bow.
Paper piece your lady, remembering to snip out some colour for her shoes. Glitter card looks amazing and really brings her to life.
Card 3
Tonic Materials:
Essentials It's Time to drink Champagne- 2112E
Ultra Smooth Media Card
Fair Skin Tones Nuvo Alcohol Marker
Jet Black Craft Perfect Card
Amethyst Craft Perfect Card
Fuschia Pink Craft Perfect Card
Rose Platinum Mirror card
Decorative Rivol Die Set
Natural Browns Nuvo Alcohol Markers
Crushed Grape Nuvo Drops
Other Materials
Prima Wood Stamp
Wilted Violet Distress Oxide
Ribbon

I wanted to make a background so dug out my only wooden stamp and used part of it for this technique. It literally took about 60 seconds to make this background for something a little different.
Add ink only on the part of the stamp you want to use.
Stamp around the edges if you'll be mat and layering.
If you need a full background then you can just add in the middle bit or work your way from top to bottom.
Die cut or cut card stock to the shape and size required.
We've paper pieced again and I wanted to show you all the components there are. It looks fiddly but makes such a difference and really doesn't take that long.
Die cut your mat and layers, add your background and Nuvo drops for a completed card.
That's it from me this week! 7 cards in 3 days is something. ;) I hope you've liked them and wonder - do you make simple stamped backgrounds like I do? I'd love it if you left me a comment and let me know what you think or how you use stamps for backgrounds.

Lots of love and hugs
Jennifer xx
